Spiritual therapy touches the heart, self and the soul of an individual. It allows you to open your heart and delve into the deeper realities of your life in a state of vulnerability. This is your chance to open and to explore the depths of your heart, self and soul.

Spiritual therapy will allow for you to speak about how your experiences, thoughts, actions and emotions change and how your inner attachments develop the outer attachments. We model stillness to the client, and are able to see their highest potential.

The client and therapist are in tune with one another which allows stillness and orientation of the heart. When the therapist is receiving the story from the client, the holistic brain becomes attentive and responds with energy and interest which the clients receives as positive resource, therefore the client shares more.
​
The client and the therapist are on a journey together towards self-awareness. The heart gets neglected through overload of events, pressures and anxieties. Through therapy we nourish the heart to become more empathetic and compassionate, which allows the heart to function better, and reach a state of stillness.
